Potential is assessed.
Growth is built.

We are a Peruvian mining company connecting opportunities, technical expertise and management tools to build a stronger foundation for project development.

We provide mining brokerage, investor guidance and technical advisory services, with a particular focus on small-scale and artisanal mining. We help identify missing information, decisions to be made and the next steps for each project.

We complement this support with legal advice from Sánchez, Urteaga & Saucedo Law Firm and with Malbec, a tool for organizing the day-to-day work of mining businesses.

01

Information before decisions. Review background information and substantiate each assessment.

02

A path for every situation. Set priorities according to the project’s stage.

03

Order to move forward. Connect documentation, people and operations.

A comprehensive view.
Practical action.

Every service starts with a real need. We agree on scope, responsibilities and deliverables so you know what will be assessed and how to move forward.

01Mining brokerageConnecting opportunities and counterparties.

We facilitate introductions between rights holders, project owners, operators and potential investors. We organize initial prospect information and support discussions to define the terms of a potential transaction.

SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Search criteria, opportunity presentation, preliminary review and negotiation coordination.

Ask about brokerage
02Investor guidanceUnderstand the project before committing resources.

We help review background information, technical evidence, investment needs and project risks. We coordinate the assessments needed to distinguish documented findings from matters that still require further study.

SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Preliminary diagnosis, risk identification, priority studies and estimates of resources needed at each stage.

Assess an opportunity
03Mining formalization supportA technical and documentary path forward.

We guide small-scale and artisanal mining producers in identifying the requirements, gaps and actions relevant to their situation. We coordinate technical work and legal review through our partnership with SUS Law Firm.

SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Operational diagnosis, document organization, technical priorities and follow-up on agreed actions, according to the applicable framework and case file.

Review my situation
04Technical assessment and mineral potentialFrom an area of interest to field evidence.

We help identify concession areas and review site background information. We coordinate reconnaissance, sampling and assays with specialists to assess evidence of mineralization and identify further studies the project needs.

SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Mining cadastre review, assessment planning, fieldwork and technical analysis. The presence of minerals alone does not establish economic viability.

Discuss an assessment
05Budgeting and operational planningDefine what is needed and organize execution.

We help estimate costs, equipment, staffing, logistics and working capital based on the project’s scope. We structure budgets by stage and establish monitoring criteria to compare plans with actual field conditions.

SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Budgets with defined assumptions, activity schedules, operational needs and record organization with Malbec.

BEFORE WE TALK

Let’s start
with clarity.

Can I get in touch before I have all the documents?

Yes. We can start with the location, a description of your project and whatever background information you have. The initial review identifies missing information and the scope of work needed.

Does holding a mining concession mean there are economically recoverable minerals?

Mining rights and geological potential are different matters. Technical work is needed to assess evidence of mineralization; determining economic recoverability requires further studies and analysis.

Do you work with small-scale producers and artisanal miners?

Yes. We focus particularly on small-scale and artisanal mining, adapting the assessment, priorities and work plan to each operation.

Does Malbec replace formalization or professional advice?

Malbec helps organize internal records. Formalization, accounting obligations and technical or legal assessments require their own procedures and professionals.

Does legal support include criminal matters?

SUS Law Firm provides legal advice and criminal defense in matters related to mining activity. Its involvement is defined after reviewing the case, potential conflicts of interest and engagement terms.
